This is the Mighty Mac, the Mackinac (pronounced MACK-i-naw) Bridge.
This bridge spans 5 miles of water in the Straits of Mackinac.
If you wish to get to the Upper Peninusula of Michigan from the Lower Peninsula, you drive across this bridge.
